Meal Planning Monday

Breakfasts—we have a special breakfast of homemade cinnamon rolls planned for Father’s Day.  Other days we’ll have egg toast, oatmeal, yogurt, and  cereal.

Lunches—sandwiches, snack lunches, salads, leftovers

Suppers--

Monday—Vegetable meal of fried green tomatoes, zucchini, sliced cucumbers, chard, and red beans

Tuesday—Pasta with sauce and salad

Wednesday—Herbed chicken, roasted beets, kale

Thursday—homemade pancakes (my hubby’s specialty)

FridayOne Skillet Dinner from the freezer, braised cabbage

Saturday—Lamb burgers on grill, Cole Slaw

Sunday—fresh vegetables from CSA and garden
